CarTek Mobile Detailing offers mobile car detailing services including interior cleaning, exterior washing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and more. Services are provided at your home, office, or designated location within our service area.

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or phone.
• Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, major credit cards, and mobile payment apps.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed appointments without notice may result in a non-refundable fee.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will do our best to address the issue or schedule a follow-up visit if necessary.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, heavily soiled areas, or damage caused by excessive wear and tear.
• Customers must disclose any known vehicle issues prior to service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle poses a health or safety risk.

CarTek Mobile Detailing is not responsible for:

• Damage due to pre-existing conditions or manufacturer defects.
• Items left in the vehicle.
• Delays due to weather or traffic.

Our team is trained and insured to provide professional service. We take every precaution to protect your vehicle and property during detailing.

Our mobile services are available throughout San Diego County, including Chula Vista, La Jolla, Poway, Santee, and surrounding areas. Additional fees may apply outside standard zones.
